Stogit Adriatica S.p.A obtained the EMAS registration of the Cellino Attanasio (TE) site in 2001.

Documents prior to 3 March 2025 were published by the company named Edison Stoccaggio. On 3 March 2025, Snam, through its subsidiary Stogit, completed the acquisition from Edison of 100% of the share capital of Edison Stoccaggio, changing its corporate name to Stogit Adriatica.
