The Company has implemented Snam's Guideline for reporting, including anonymous reporting, "Whistleblowing Guideline", in compliance with the regulatory requirements on Whistleblowing (Legislative Decree no. 24/2023). Staff and third parties may make written or oral reports concerning information on violations that the whistleblower has become aware of in the context of the work environment.
