When connecting to Escomas Plus the first time at https://escomas.snam.it/ it's necessary to reset a new password by selecting “Have you forgotten your password?”; the procedure is available at the following link ; afterwards, it's necessary to proceed with authentication using the MFA app you have already downloaded. To download the MFA (Multi-Factor Authenticator) function again, you can follow the procedure available at the following link.
